PlasticPly is a durable, high-strength reinforcing sheet designed to prepare timber floors for tiling. Its honeycomb structure, offering high tensile strength properties, counteracts deflection and prevents cracked or lifted tiles caused by timber movement. When used with Nicobond Rapidflex Adhesive S1, it ensuresa secure bond for ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tiles.

PlasticPly features a pressure sensitive self-adhesive layer enabling fast & secure installation, in turn providing a high shear strength bond to the floor. When installed over timber substrates like floorboards or T&G chipboard flooring, it strengthens the floor while maintaining flexibility to absorb pressure without failure.
