Our Returns Policy

 

You can return your goods if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or have simply changed your mind within 30 days of receiving them. We are happy to refund you within 7 days of receiving your goods from you.

 

It will be the customers responsibility for arranging the goods to be transported back. It is also the customers responsibility for the insurance of the goods being returned back to Nicholls & Clarke. Please ensure that all goods are returned in their original, unopened packaging to your local distribution warehouse.


Left Over Materials?
You have the right to return any left over, surplus goods within 30 days of receiving them. A refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please ensure that all returned products are in their original packaging to your local distribution warehouse. It will be your responsibility to arrange the transport and insurance of the returned goods.
 
Received Damaged or Incorrect Goods?
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or incorrect goods, our customers must notify us within 48 hours at [email protected] along with your order number. Please attach photographs showing the damaged or incorrect goods in your e-mail. We will assess the damage and if a decision if made to refund you, either a refund or replacement goods will be despatched as soon as possible.
 
Please download and fill out our ‘returns request form' prior to returning any goods. Please then email it to [email protected]. We will then contact you as a priority and issue you with a returns confirmation number. Please note that goods cannot be returned without a Returns Confirmation Number. Your Returns Confirmation Number must show on your Returns Request Form which must be sent with your goods. The form can be downloaded here.
