Our award winning distribution network is supported with our private fleet of over 110 commercial vehicles. This gives us full logistical control from the point of manufacture through to delivery to site. We offer a nationwide delivery service, be that to site, home or commercial address. Our Delivery Policy - Trade Customers 

Account holders and trade cash account holders can enjoy free of charge delivery for orders over £50, for delivery points within areas serviced by our own vehicle fleet.  Cut off for online orders for next working day delivery is 4pm (subject to schedule)

Some areas are serviced by third party couriers, where the minimum order value for carriage paid is £250. Orders below this value will incur a £40 delivery charge. Highlands and Islands do incur a higher delivery charge. Cut off for online orders for next working day is 2pm.

Some post codes (particularly those in the Scottish Highlands and Islands) may incur a higher delivery charge. If this does apply a member of staff will be in contact to discuss the order.
 

Click & Collect Policy - Trade Customers

N&C offer a 1 hour click and collect service at all stores. Your order will be available to collect in 1 hour subject to our normal trading hours. Please note that the 1 hour starts from when we have received the order or from when the store opens for business, whichever is later.

Not all orders can be picked and packed within 1 hour. If the order is high volume in items/ quantity or multiple orders are placed and are time sensitive, please call in advance to ensure the 1 hour preparation can be achieved. This service is not guaranteed.
