It produces a thixotropic and non-slump mortar which can also be used for |general repairs to stairs and steps and also for plugging holes in floors walls and floors as well as making patch repairs prior to the application of a damp proof membrane. Can be used for pointing brickwork, rendering sills, fixing gate posts, brackets and catches. Underwater repairs may be carried out with this material.
